Wat we van jou verwachten

• > 3 years of experience as a 1st pipe fitter
• In possession of a VCA Certificate
• In possession of a WFPr certificate.
• Experience in the (petro) chemical industry shown by a currecnt CV.
• Knowledgde of the composition of pipes, construction methods and the (tension-free) mounting of the common pipeline systems.
• Work independently
• Work from a Isometric draw
• English speaking at least medium level
• In possession of drivers License 

Over de functie

The activities in this position consist of the (pre)fabrication and installation of pipelines on a Petrochemical refinery near Rotterdam.
You will also determine the pipe lenghts, cut-saw-grind the pipes of the correct length, prepare weld seams and bend-assemble-bond pipe parts.
You will pressurrize welder pipe parts and then mount them tension-free with appendages, gaskets and the like.
Finally, you will fasten pipe systems and flange connections according to the correct procedure by means of key work, building constructions and installing supports.
In a short, a specific function that requires accuracy and craftmanship.
